Thanks Glenn (H). Sounds like Heat or dehumidifying the air (Air Conditioning) will fulfill the legal requirements. Of course AC will improve the operation and time required to achieve "clear" area and perhaps in some vehicles the only method to pass the test ... Login to read more.
