Patrick, if it's only 70 degrees outside, with the unit on MAX, windows up, low blower speed that compressor should be cycling quite a bit. Perhaps the pressure switch is stuck in the closed position. Perhaps the evaporator is icing up allowing no air to pass ... Login to read more.
