Joe, I agree on pulling a good vacuum but 29 inches of vacuum wouldn't be considered a good vacuum to me. At 29.02 inches of vacuum or over 20,000 microns water boils at 76 degrees F. At 29.901 inches of vacuum or 500 microns water boils at -11 degrees F.
