Re: 1994 Jag XJS V12 Climate Control - vacuum to htr ctrl always on.
I dunno about Jags, but most Chryslers switch vacuum OFF
in MAX AC (recirc) or full cold via a microswitch in the
control head. If the control head is easy to remove, you
might look for a problem here.
