your Low side pressure 40psi, corrosponds to a refrigerant temp of approx 4 C. It would be unlikely that you would get a vent temp of 0 C especially with a ambient ( air on temp to evap) of 30 C. Have you checked for restricted air flow over evap, p... Login to read more.
