Hi Scott the link you posted seens only for the PDS and no long USB-VCM convertor cable whith a bulge in it to allow the VCM to work as a IDS scanner on a Laptop or did you buy it extra? I have had no problem downloading and install in from Motorcraft website ... Login to read more.
