Yes you can flash proms, I think there is a simple box as well that can do pass thru flashes. You cannot set up a BCM, a radio, IP access is nill, lots of pids are missing on all mudules. The 'module status' part is helpful. As of 5/09 I still had no access to... Login to read more.
