Sorry for the late reply, yes the validated (with Ford) J-2534 tools can now program the FICM (not sure what a VICM is) on the 6.0 V-8 diesels now. The FMP software for J-2534 tools has been fixed and it will force you to update to the latest version ... Login to read more.
