Phil,

I believe he is trying to Flash Remotely and to update the Tech II from TIS2Web. Keep in mind. and I have found out that the Tech II will not Flash past 2007. From my experience the MDI needs to be used. I have ran across this about a half dozen times ... Login to read more.
