Sounds like something is moving.

Pull the shaft & tapered cone out and make sure they are clean. Use a little fine emery if necessary as that taper has to fit perfectly. Any crumbs in there will pull the shaft out of tolerance. Tighten to 80 ft/lbs... Login to read more.
