Hi George,

GM does not support Mode 6 for diagnostics. There is no provision on the Tech 2 for OBD2 Mode 5,6,7,etc.. To be honest they don't offer any "mode" terminology. There is one screen of IM info, and that is monitors and MIL commanding codes. Although... Login to read more.
