Phillip, I bought mine online from Dell. Last I checked, it's the only place I know were you can buy a laptop with Windows XP/PRO, which I would recommend, as that's what Ford requires for IDS (other diag software may not specify XP/PRO). Check out the Dell sm... Login to read more.
