BMW WebWDS, cannot load up the wiring diagrams

What am I doing wrong?

I click on "Next", and all I ever get is a blank screen. I am pretty sure I have all the latest software plug-ins and what-not for my computer, but still no joy.

What I'm trying to access right now is E46 wiring diagrams.

Help!
