If you're happy with your Fluke 87, just get a Fluke 1507 insulation meter without the multimeter function. You'll save about a hundred bucks. The 1503 is even cheaper, but only tests at 500V and 1000V. That will be a limitation if Chrysler decides to build hy... Login to read more.
