Henry, It happens in the Deutronic unit too. In "power supply" mode is reading 13.8+ volts in the Deutronic unit but in the SSS PC is reading 12+ volts only and wouldn't let you proceed with CIP programing. I have to start the vehicle to bring the voltage up, ... Login to read more.
