The best thing to reduce squel is a good quality pad. I use only Wagner Thermo-Quiet pads and have never had an issue with squeal. For the caliper & pad slides, I use Permatex ceramic lube. I started with Bendix lube but I no longer have a supplier for it. Login to read more.
