Absolutely I would go with the 2008 idea. If you get a 2001 or 2002 Snapon, even for say 200 or 300 dollars, you may get some extra OBD1 stuff in the deal, but what you WONT have is CAN capability or any newer OBD2 code definitions. That alone negates the valu... Login to read more. ![]()
