There is a TSB SS001-05 I found in ALLDATA ONLINE about CAN Module Initialization. I shut mine down, pulled out card and mass storage module,re-installed both and booted up. It did a 3 minute VIM update and then it allowed communication. I try to tell my guys ... Login to read more.
