Had the same problem with mine (I think) and had to clean the solenoids and manifold with alcohol. Wasn't hard. its only nuts and bolts anyway. If you call SPX/Robinair they will send you the calibration instructions for the scale. You have to put exactly 20lb... Login to read more.
