Don't know why, but some Saturn BCM's must be programmed with TIS2Web, not the cd/dvd based TIS 2000. Can't figure out how some cars built in 2000 / 2001 need a program to flash them that didn't even exist back then....... If anyone can explain that one, fire ... Login to read more.
