Found it. The part number for the 17 pin kit is 0780-06-330 which includes: 0780-06-360 VCM 17 pin DLC Battery cable 0780-06-340 VCM to DLC Interface Module 0780-06-350 VCM 17 pin DLC Adapter.

As far as prices go, I have no idea.
