If you're talking about the 3/8 and 1/2 drive swivel impact sockets, they are close but, not exactly the same. The bases are different. The Craftsman impact swivel bases are bigger than the Matco ones. As for the warranty, Sears doesn't stock the swivel impact... Login to read more.
