Harry, I agree with Andrew, you can not use a standard Cat5 cable with the adapter for a DB9 for your com port 1. The pin out terminals are different. I would either buy the DB9 and GM Cat5 cable on Ebay or contact Vetronix and order them. This will save you a... Login to read more.
