That's why it is not working. The Tech2 uses a different pinout than the computer world does. A conventional ethernet cable is pin 1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3, etc. A crossover cable switches pinouts end to end so identical networking devices can talk to each other... Login to read more.
