I would make sure to get a CAT III rated meter rated at 1000 volts such as a fluke 87-V or a 88-V. I have had very good luck with fluke meters. If you plan on working on a hybrid in the future a CAT III meter is required as are all you leads and test ends. Login to read more. ![]()
