A tech2 flash will allow programming anything GM as long as you have a TIS2WEb subscription(to get the updates). It's appr.1200$ US a year. You need a Tech2 if you're doing that much GM. I just ordered mine from Vetronix. I'd recommend you buying it from ... Login to read more.
