When you have what you want on your PC screen, hold "Cntl" and "PrintScrn" together. That saves the whole screen to a temp file.

Then open "Word" or my favorite "Paint" (found in programs, accessories) and hold "Cntl" & "V" together. That'll paste the screen... Login to read more.
