Tech 2 CANdi Module not working

Hi techs,

I bought a new Tech 2 and CANdi module earlier this year. My CANdi module passes all self tests run through the Tech 2, and the green light is flashing when connected to a vehicle. At the boot up screen, the "CANdi module connected" message appears... Login to read more.
