Hello Eric, your info seems to be what I have been getting, cummins needs a skim pin, if the pcm or skim is replaced the origanl pin is required [not on vehicles without a skim]. If I do just reflashing on the tcm, pcm there should be no problem. I checked tha... Login to read more.
