If you do buy one, be aware that Ford has changed the replacement synchronizers. A tool made for a 2002 and down 3.0L-code U synchronizer will not fit the replacement. You need to buy the new style tool. Don't ask me how I know !!! As a previous poster mention... Login to read more.
