Never tried to use the warrantee. But my 1/2" #231 is about 16+ years old and still sees daily use. The ratchets seem to last me just about a year and then I toss them. I got a couple of those flat head ratchets off the MAC truck, 3/8" and 1/4" about three yea... Login to read more.
