Ford does not have a tool for cleaning the 6.0 EGR valve, and hasn't mentioned it in any of the TSBs regaurding cleaning the EGR. They have you remove the valve from the engine and dip it in carb cleaner and use a soft brush to remove the carbon. Login to read more.
