i really appreciate everyones input. im kinda getting it now. correct me if im wrong but a PGM's sample rate is not as quick as a DSO so you can miss a glitch. but a GPM can be used for PW and frequency verses a DSO that only measures voltage. i guess a DSO wo... Login to read more.
