I would only ever consider using a properly calibrated torque wrench (mine get calibrated every two years if working, sooner if I suspect they are not) and a torque angle guage. Next to my multimeter and my 3/8 drive ratchet, my torque wrenches (all 3 of them)... Login to read more.
