I use a Snap On CPT110A.

It is a 17mm hex bit that I use once in a blue moon on euro-trash.

I now use it all the time with a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter and some extentions and a wobbly to get reach to loosen these buggers as they can be pretty tight.
