Thanks for the ideas. I was able to repair it. The large center fiber is kind of hard to chop through, but I did it with a razor blade by tapping with a hammer. Then I dressed it up a bit with a fine wet stone, then used a dremmel buffing pad and some toothpas... Login to read more.
