Star Modile and flash of pre 2003 vehicles

Hello,

I am looking into a purchase of a Star Mobile scan tool.

Does the new DCX Star Mobile flash all modules 1996 and up or just the 2003 CAN vehicles.

If so, any problems with any modules on any vehicle platforms.
