Plug the scann tool into the vehcile. Back probe pin 7 on the DLC. You should see 12 vdc with some spikes for the data. Remember the CCT 70 on ford is passive. there are no module to module communications untill the CCT is powered up by the scann tool. I would... Login to read more.
