As a shop owner and an educator I have seen both sides of the "who should buy the scanner/lab scope/Kent-Moore J-tool, etc" argument and my feeling (and shop policy) is that my tool price cut-off for an individual tool is $400, the price for a quality DMM.... Login to read more. ![]()
