Matt,

Buy some bandanas and use glass cleaner or just plain water to clean them. Dry with the bandanas (cotton). Do not use paper on the lenses. Keep the bandanas clean.

Works for me...HTH.

Oh...I never just grab them, I wear them all of the time.
