Actually, I never found thet to be the case. About the worst drop in mileage I experianced, was 1-2 mpg. With both our 1990 Caravan, or the 1992 Grand Caravan we averaged about 23 mpg on the highway unloaded, and about 21-22 mpg loaded, with a Kanga-roof pouch... Login to read more.
