I have an old 4000E Monitor manual but it goes up to 1990 only.

In that "Y" is #34. In 1990 this was for 5.2L V8 TBI Light Trucks and 1.6L DOHC MMC-MPI Chrysler Imports. This was also listed for 1989 and 1988 Light Trucks.
