Win98 with USB 2.0 or Win2K and later is required now. The issue is that Chrysler's SCI go so fast we can't get those data rates without 2.0 or a pure serial solution (no USB adaptors).

Win2k/XP adds virtual 2.0 drivers for older laptops so this isn't a prob... Login to read more.
