Ok

I think I have this figured out. You must have the VCM in the NGS+ caddy and are using the RJ-45 female on the caddy and an ethernet patch cable to the laptop. I never used the caddy and actually had to search the supply cabnet for it. I went right to PDS... Login to read more.
