If you have ever recieved a fax back in 30 minutes I would say you are an exception. My experiance has been an on hold time for at least 30 minutes and maybe a fax in 2 to 3 hours if you call (another 30 minutes on hold if you are lucky)and get on their case. ... Login to read more.
