I have four Rotaries.. You should consider their 15K lift.. Same frame as 12k . They have all been trouble free. The 15k's pump quit 1 year out of warranty.. They sent me a new pump unit.. Best warranty.. You can come and look at mine if you want to see my big... Login to read more.
