I will try to go over what I did step by step.

Uninstalled PFM & PDS from PC

Removed Microsoft ActiveSync from PC

Performed a hard reset on P-PC

Installed Microsoft ActiveSync on PC

Installed PFM, PDS & calibrations from CD onto PC
