I believe it does have alot to do with the tool. Just look at a Tech2 on a GM, a DBRIII on a Chrylser, and a NGS or WDS hooked to a Ford (yes, I have used all of those). You get values on sensors down to .01 that update at a blur. Hook any aftermarket scanner ... Login to read more.
