I also had a issue with the PDS losing communication with the VCM durring re-flash, after 10 or 12 re-tries I got it to take this happened on 7 diff. vehicles. Make sure you have Blue Tooth turned OFF and WIFI is turned OFF. The WIFI was my problem, I have not... Login to read more.
