Snap-On makes a current shunt that attaches between the negative post and cable with alligator clips. It can handle up to 200 amps. Simply hook your voltmeter leads to the shunt and the voltmeter reads the current as 1MV = 1 Amp. I bought one after I burned my... Login to read more. ![]()
